Yoga and Mindfulness

With our certified yoga instructor, Neil Cutler, individuals can join modified yoga classes to help them learn techniques that help them handle daily stresses more effectively. We have found that teaching them techniques such as breathing, how to help calm the mind, how to encourage the body to relax, etc has helped clients better handle difficult situations and emotions that may arise day to day.

We are also currently offering Yoga for Community Inclusion held at Omtown Yoga Studio almost every Thursday from 1:15 - 2:00 (please arrive with time to settle). Please check our main page for details and the status of it on a specific day.

For those who enjoy yoga a lot, we encourage integration and support them doing yoga in a local community yoga studio.
