Once weighing more than 210 pounds, Will has worked hard to get fit. He now weighs 155 pounds. It began when he discovered the trampoline. He would spend hours at a time with his friends jumping on it. His weight quickly decreased. Going to show that when you love your exercise, it’s not work.
With the shedding of weight, Will now loves to run. With the training he’s received from the boss man, Neil G he has developed his distance running ability.
On Saturday, September 14th, Will ran his first race in the 6km 8th Annual Run For the Mountain 2013. He did it in 54:09. Even after a challenging race, Will has been known to break out his famous dance moves no matter where he is.
